Com a atividade econômica fraca, a arrecadação de impostos e de contribuições federais continua a cair. Em outubro, a arrecadação ficou em R$ 103,53 bilhões, informou hoje (17) a Receita Federal. É o menor valor para o mês desde 2009.
Na comparação com outubro de 2014, houve queda de 11,33%, descontada a inflação oficial, medida pelo Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA).
No acumulado do ano, a arrecadação soma R$ 1,004 trilhão – uma redução real de 4,54% sobre igual período do ano passado.
O número representa a menor arrecadação para o acumulado de janeiro a outubro desde 2010, de acordo com o Fisco.
Segundo a Receita Federal, a queda na arrecadação do Imposto de Renda da Pessoa Jurídica (IRPJ) e da Contribuição Social Sobre o Lucro Líquido (CSLL) foi um dos principais fatores que explicam a baixa arrecadação.
O recolhimento com IRPJ e CSLL somou R$ 18,098 bilhões em outubro, recuando 14,79% sobre 2014. No acumulado do ano, o total recolhido com esses dois impostos somou R$ 159,581 bilhões – queda de 12,69% na mesma comparação.
Também houve redução na arrecadação do PIS/Cofins. Segundo a Receita, o recolhimento do imposto foi R$ 21,356 bilhões em outubro, 10,03% a menos que o ano passado. A receita previdenciária somou R$ 29,008 bilhões, com retração de 9,48%.
